Paragraph
Who is your clinic designed for?
This clinic works with runners of all levels, from recreational runners who run for health, fitness, and enjoyment to athletes training for 5K, 10K, and half-marathon races. It is also designed for athletes returning to running-based sports after injury or surgery who want a safe and structured path back to activity. Even runners who are currently pain-free but want to move better, feel stronger, and improve their efficiency can benefit from a detailed running assessment and personalized training plan.
Is there parking for your clinic?
Yes. Patients can park directly in front of the clinic if available. If not, right next to Rhodes Pizza there is a parking lot that can be used. Refer to the location page for pictures and details.
What is the Runeasi Technology?
A 3D wearable technology for running analysis designed for physiotherapists to measure running biomechanics, symmetry, and injury risk.
What to expect in the first session?
Check out our pricing section for more details. But expect to run and perform various assessments to help Dr. Winston determine what interventions will be right for you.
Do I pay extra for PT everywhere access?
Nope. When you sign up and pay for an initial or follow up session then access will be included in that price.
What to wear to the first session?
Whatever you would normally run in or perform exercises. Please bring your running shoes to change into, to keep the clinic clean!
Any additional services?
In this current model the goal is to assess, diagnose and provide a plan to get back to your best version of running.
Is the assessment only for a treadmill?
Nope. Runeasi can be used outside on the bike path right across the street. It can also be used on a field or local track. Reach out to discuss options.
